PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 18th, 2026
This website is owned and operated by Travis Davis ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit travisadavis.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we don't sell it, and we use it to respond to you and share updates you asked for.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out the contact or speaker request form, you share your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message (such as organization, event details, or dates). When you sign up for book launch updates, you share your name and email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and our website platform's analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy below for details.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate speaking engagements or consulting work, and send email updates about Ranch Kid to Rocket Scientist if you signed up for them. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this site work: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, and newsletter delivery), Kit (newsletter delivery), and Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Email updates
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. Unsubscribing does not affect any other correspondence with us.
Data retention
We keep contact form messages as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any ongoing relationship that follows. Newsletter signups are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@theadditivespace.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The book is for kids; the website correspondence is for the adults in their lives. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us, and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Cookie Policy
Effective Date: July 18th, 2026
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This site uses as few as it can get away with.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies. Set by our website platform (Squarespace) to make the site function: page loading, security, form submission, and remembering your cookie preferences. These can't be switched off; the site doesn't work without them.
Analytics cookies. Used to understand how visitors find and use the site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they're using. We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics. This data is aggregated; we're looking at trends, not tracking you individually.
Functional cookies. If you log in to an account area or interact with embedded content (such as YouTube videos), those services may set their own cookies. Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where possible.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings; every major browser lets you block or clear them. Declining non-essential cookies won't break the site; you just won't be counted in our analytics.
For more on the cookies our platform sets, see Squarespace's cookie documentation: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001264507.
